Joe Tesoriero, the Managing Director, founded Advantage Recycling in 2005 as an environmental consultancy. Following customers’ requests, the business quickly expanded to include recycling and waste management services.

Joe has a science background and 26 years’ experience in recycling and solid waste
management. His experience was gained from a wide variety of recycling business
development and project management roles at the previously government owned WSN Environmental Solutions.

As an exclusive service provider to industry, Advantage Recycling’s success is built on
innovation, industry knowledge and reliable, value-adding services that advance business sustainability. Joe is very hands on, providing personalised customer service and has strong relationships with a network of local and international recycling specialists.
